High School Bowl 25-26 Season Championship: Sault Ste. Marie vs. Ironwood

After months of competition, the High School Bowl Championship returns to WNMU-TV as Sault Ste. Marie faces Ironwood in the final match of the season. Watch the championship game Saturday, April 11 at 8 PM ET on WNMU-TV PBS (13.1), or stream live online.

Now in its 47th season, High School Bowl continues to showcase the knowledge, teamwork, and academic excellence of students from across Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and Northern Wisconsin.

Sault Ste. Marie earned its place in the championship through an impressive run, defeating North Central, Marquette, Brimley, and Negaunee along the way. Ironwood also advanced through a competitive bracket, securing victories over Rudyard, Escanaba, Jeffers, and Manistique. Both teams have demonstrated strong teamwork and quick thinking throughout the season, setting the stage for an exciting final matchup.

The winning team will receive a $2,500 scholarship, while the runner-up will earn $1,500. More importantly, both teams are competing for the title of High School Bowl Champion, capping off months of dedication and competition.
