What’s U.P. is a 3-4 minute community calendar interview program that airs irregularly on Public TV 13, Channel 13.1. Do you have an event or community service you need help promoting? Contact producer Bob Thomson at least one month prior to the event to schedule a taping. Someone from your organization must be willing to appear on the program. More about What's U.P.

Learn about healthy options for weight control, good nutrition, smoking cessation and more. Improving Your Health is hosted by Thomas Noren, MD, and produced and directed by Bob Thomson. Videos are 2.5 to 3 minutes long and are shown at various times between regularly scheduled programs on Public TV 13, Channel 13.1.
